Privacy Policy
Privacy information for the Webbie4th browser app, local browser data, permissions and Tor routing.
Source document: Webbie4th Privacy Policy. Version 6.1 | Last Updated: September 30, 2026
This page publishes the current Webbie4th-specific privacy document. It avoids absolute anonymity claims and describes local browser storage, permissions and Tor routing scope.
Webbie4th is the original WebbieFourth browser for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains how Webbie4th handles browser information, local storage, permissions, Tor routing and website support requests.
1. Privacy Commitment
Webbie4th is designed so that core browsing does not require a WebbieFourth account.
- No Registration: You do not need to create a WebbieFourth account or provide an email address to use the browser.
- No Publisher Browsing Database: WebbieFourth does not operate a server-side database of your browsing history, bookmarks, searches, cookies or screenshots.
- No Advertising Profile: Webbie4th is not designed to build advertising profiles from your browsing activity.
- No Third-Party Analytics Claim in This Build: The reviewed Webbie4th v6.1 project does not show Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, advertising SDKs or similar app-behavior analytics frameworks in the app target.
2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Webbie4th may store browser information on your device so the browser can work.
- Browsing History and Recent Searches: If history or recents are enabled, visited pages and search-related records may be stored locally in the app's local database or app storage.
- Bookmarks: Bookmarks are stored locally so you can return to saved pages.
- Cookies, Cache and Website Data: Websites may store cookies, cache or other website data locally according to your browser settings and iOS behavior.
- Browser Preferences: Settings such as cookie policy, user-agent spoofing, flush-on-exit behavior and other browser preferences may be stored locally.
- Screenshots and Saved Images: If you choose to save a screenshot or image, the item may be written to Photos or another destination that you choose.
Webbie4th includes controls for clearing history, bookmarks, cookies, cache and related local records. iOS backups, files you export or share, screenshots saved to Photos, and third-party website records may require separate action.
3. Tor, Network Routing and External Websites
Webbie4th includes Tor-based browsing features. Tor can help reduce what destination websites and network observers can learn, but it is not a guarantee of anonymity or safety.
- Tor Route: When Webbie4th routes a request through Tor, traffic depends on the Tor network, selected circuits, exit relays and destination-site behavior. WebbieFourth does not own or control the Tor network.
- Clear or Direct Networking: Some operating-system services, external apps, Apple services, website-initiated flows, downloads, media, documents, unsupported protocols or user actions may behave differently from a normal page load. Check the displayed app state and settings instead of assuming every request has the same route.
- External Websites: Websites you visit can run their own scripts, set cookies, fingerprint browsers, process form submissions, log requests or ask for permissions. Webbie4th provides browser controls, but it cannot control third-party websites.
- IP Address and Metadata: WebbieFourth does not maintain a publisher-side browsing log, but network operators, Tor relays, destination websites, Apple services or third-party services may observe information according to their roles and practices.
4. Device Permissions
Webbie4th may request device permissions only for related browser features.
- Photo Library Add/Save Access: Webbie4th may request permission to save screenshots or images to Photos.
- Photo Library Access: Webbie4th may request photo access when a website or browser flow needs to select or upload an image.
- Camera Access: Webbie4th may request camera access when a website or browser flow needs to take and upload a picture.
- Location Requests from Websites: A website may ask for location through browser or system APIs. Webbie4th does not operate a WebbieFourth location-history server. Only allow location for websites you trust.
You can manage permissions in iOS Settings.
5. Website Support and WebbieFourth.com
If you contact WebbieFourth through the website or email, WebbieFourth receives the information you choose to send so that the request can be answered. Do not send passwords, private keys, sensitive browsing details, financial information or other information that is not needed for support.
The WebbieFourth website may have ordinary server logs or cookies for website operation. Website activity is separate from Webbie4th's local browser storage.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
Because WebbieFourth does not operate a publisher-side browsing-history service for Webbie4th, WebbieFourth does not sell or rent a publisher browsing-history database.
WebbieFourth may disclose support correspondence or other information it actually has if required by law. WebbieFourth cannot delete or control records held by websites you visit, network providers, Tor relays, Apple, your device backups, Photos, files you exported or services you used outside the app.
7. Children and Family Use
Webbie4th does not knowingly collect information from children through a WebbieFourth account because the browser does not require such an account. Parents and guardians should supervise browser use, website permissions, downloads, Photos, camera access and any support messages sent from a child's device.
8. Security
Webbie4th includes privacy and clearing controls and Tor-based routing features. No browser, Tor route, website setting or device configuration can guarantee complete security or anonymity. Keep your device updated, review permissions, use trusted websites, and clear local data when appropriate.
9. Data Deletion and Controls
You can control Webbie4th data through the app and iOS settings.
- Clear Local Browser Data: Use Webbie4th controls to clear history, bookmarks, cookies, cache and related browser data where available.
- Flush on Exit: If enabled, flush-on-exit behavior helps clear selected browser data when the app exits, subject to app and operating-system behavior.
- Manage Permissions: Use iOS Settings to manage Photos, Camera, Location and other permissions.
- Delete the App: Deleting the app removes ordinary local app data according to iOS behavior. Backups, shared files, saved photos, screenshots, website accounts and third-party records may remain separately.
- Support Correspondence: If you contacted WebbieFourth, use the website contact form or email to ask about access, correction or deletion of support correspondence.
10. Changes
WebbieFourth may update this policy as Webbie4th changes. The Last Updated date identifies this version.
11. Contact
Questions about Webbie4th privacy may be sent through the WebbieFourth contact form or by email.
