Terms of Use

The Webbie4th mobile application (the "Licensed Application") is licensed, not sold, to You for use only under the terms of this license. The licensor ("Application Provider") reserves all rights not expressly granted to You.

a. Scope of License

This license granted to You by the Application Provider is limited to a non-transferable license to use Webbie4th on Apple-branded products that You own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the App Store terms that apply to You.

You may not distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Licensed Application. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, any updates, or any part of it, except only to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law or by licensing terms governing any open-source component included with the software.

b. Browser Privacy and Local Storage

Webbie4th is designed so that the Application Provider does not operate a server-side browsing-history service for your browser activity.

• Local Storage: Browsing history, recent searches, bookmarks, cookies, cache, website data, screenshots, saved images and browser preferences may be stored locally on Your device depending on Your settings and actions.

• Clearing Controls: Webbie4th provides controls for clearing selected local browser data. iOS backups, saved photos, exported files, website accounts and third-party records may require separate action.

• No Account Requirement: Webbie4th does not require a WebbieFourth account for core browser use.

c. Tor Network and Third-Party Services

Webbie4th includes Tor-based browsing features, but privacy has a scope.

• Tor Gateway: Webbie4th can route browser requests through Tor. The Application Provider does not own or maintain the Tor network, Tor relays or destination websites. Speed, circuit availability, exit-relay behavior and destination-site behavior are outside the Application Provider's control.

• No Absolute Anonymity Promise: Tor and browser settings can help protect privacy, but they do not guarantee anonymity, security, content safety, legal compliance or uninterrupted access. Some traffic, services, documents, downloads, media, external apps, Apple services, unsupported protocols or user actions may behave differently from an ordinary page load.

• Third-Party Content: By using the application, You may encounter content that may be offensive, indecent, unlawful, inaccurate or objectionable. You agree to use the application at Your sole risk. The Application Provider is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, legality, privacy practices or availability of third-party websites accessed through the browser.

d. Device Permissions

Some browser features may require device permissions, including Photos, Camera or Location. You are responsible for choosing which websites and flows receive access. You can manage permissions through iOS Settings. The Privacy Policy describes these permissions in more detail.

e. Third-Party Materials and Open Source

The Licensed Application includes third-party and open-source software, including components used for Tor, networking, user interface and support functionality. Those components retain their own license terms and notices. Open-source acknowledgements supplied with the app are part of the documentation for those materials.

f. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Licensed Application in any manner to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame, violate privacy, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, bypass unauthorized access controls, overload services, or violate the rights of any other party. You agree not to use the Licensed Application for any purpose prohibited by local, state, national or international law.

g. Termination

The license is effective until terminated by You or the Application Provider. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if You fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, You shall cease all use of the Licensed Application and destroy all copies in Your possession or control.

h. NO WARRANTY

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF WEBBIE4TH IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. APPLICATION PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, NON-INFRINGEMENT, PRIVACY, SECURITY, ANONYMITY, AVAILABILITY AND COMPATIBILITY.

i. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APPLICATION PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PRIVACY, SECURITY INCIDENTS, THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE ACTIVITY, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR NETWORK INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION. In no event shall Application Provider's total liability to You for all damages exceed the amount of five dollars ($5.00), except where applicable law requires otherwise.

j. Export Control

You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You may not use, export or re-export the Licensed Application except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensed Application was obtained.

k. Governing Law

The laws of the United States of America govern this license and Your use of the Licensed Application, excluding conflicts-of-law rules. Your use may also be subject to other local, state, national or international laws.
