Quick help
Content will not download
Check your connection and Settings → Wi-Fi only for all downloads. This setting is enabled by default. Connect to Wi-Fi or explicitly allow cellular downloads, check available storage, then retry from Library → Downloads. Content is available offline after its download has finished.
Audio, highlighting or page following is unexpected
Check the selected narration and a compatible reciter, then review follow-playback, repeat, pause-after-ayah and Quran-end continuation preferences. Include the surah and ayah if the problem continues.
Saved data cannot open, or I need a backup
Use Library to export personal data or import a backup. If the startup recovery screen appears, it can export the original file or restore a selected valid backup. Restoration preserves the original locally rather than silently resetting your data.
iCloud continuity needs attention
Confirm that your device is signed in to iCloud and that continuity is enabled in iQuranHolder. Local reading remains available when synchronization cannot complete. Downloaded pages, audio and books stay on each device; they are not transferred by continuity.
Apple TV starts its screen saver while I am reading
In the Apple TV edition, open Settings → Reading & translation and enable Keep TV awake while reading. This preference applies while the reader is open and the app is active.
Help us reproduce the problem
Include the app version and build, device model, operating-system version, selected interface language, and the steps that led to the problem.
Reading or audio
Include the surah/ayah or Mushaf page, narration, reciter, Text/Mushaf mode and whether the resource was downloaded. Mention whether the issue occurs offline.
Downloads or iCloud
Include the affected download and its displayed status. For continuity, describe which devices are involved and whether iCloud continuity is enabled. Do not send your Apple account password.
Content corrections
Identify the exact passage, translation or tafsir source, edition and the correction you are proposing. Keep the source wording intact.
Download availability
Public availability will be announced here. Contact us for availability questions.
