Terms of Use
Product-specific terms for iQuranHolder, including study features, external content and speech-recognition limits.
Effective date: September 28, 2026
These supplemental terms govern use of iQuranHolder and related WebbieFourth support services. If you obtain iQuranHolder through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom EULA is supplied through App Store Connect. These supplemental terms address product-specific use and do not replace rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Purpose
iQuranHolder is a Quran reading, listening, study and memorization companion. Features that use speech recognition provide practice feedback and alignment hints; they do not certify tajweed, pronunciation, memorization accuracy, scholarship, or religious qualification.
Quran and reference content
The app includes or links to Quran text, recitations, translations, tafsir, Mushaf resources and other material from identified sources. Third-party material remains subject to its source licence, attribution and usage conditions. WebbieFourth does not claim ownership of third-party content merely because the app presents it.
Your notes and personal material
You remain responsible for notes, annotations and other material you create. Do not use the app to store unlawful content or unrelated highly sensitive information. Optional iCloud continuity is provided through Apple's services and may be unavailable because of account, network, service, or platform conditions.
External services
The app may access Apple services and third-party Quran or media providers. External services can change, become unavailable, or impose their own terms. WebbieFourth is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
Accuracy and availability
Reasonable care is taken to preserve Quran text and source information, but software, network services, speech recognition and metadata can contain errors or become unavailable. Speech-recognition output is especially subject to recognition error. Verify important religious or scholarly questions against authoritative sources and qualified scholarship.
Permitted use
You may use the app for personal lawful purposes subject to the applicable App Store licence and the licences governing included third-party components and content. You may not use the app to interfere with services, bypass security controls, misrepresent source material, or infringe another person's rights.
Updates and support
Features may change as the app develops. Support is provided through the WebbieFourth contact form. Updates to these terms will be posted at this address with a revised effective date.
